It is exactly one year ago that both floorball clubs in Ottawa, the Spartans and Wolfpack, decided to combine forces and create the Ottawa Blizzard Floorball Club. The merger has experienced great success over the past year, the most memorable being the Big Apple Floorball Cup Gold and an impressive performance at the 2009 Canada Cup. The Blizzard demonstrated world class effort and work ethic against teams coming as far as Scandinavia.
